I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff. The location is unbeatable, very close to the Findikzade tram station, making it easy to explore the city. However, the rooms could use a bit of refurbishment, and the dining options were below average, which was a letdown. Overall, it offers good value for money but with some areas needing improvement.
